1. Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it;
  • In its original packaging, when applicable;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Your full name;
  • Order number;
  • Reason for the return;
  • Photos of the product, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After reviewing your request, Sans Soucci will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Sans Soucci is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at help@sanssoucci.shop within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards;
  • Final sale or clearance items;
  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or alteration;
  • Products returned without prior authorization.
