Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or high-demand seasons.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping options may vary depending on your delivery location and the items in your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Domestic orders: 5 to 12 business days after shipment;
  • International orders: 7 to 21 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

5. International Shipping

Sans Soucci may offer international shipping depending on the destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Sans Soucci is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

You may also contact Sans Soucci at help@sanssoucci.shop, and we will do our best to assist you.

However, Sans Soucci is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at help@sanssoucci.shop within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number;
  • Photos of the damaged package;
  • Photos of the damaged product;
  • A brief description of the issue.
